Important deadlines

Abstract submission period: 1st May –  31st July 2026
Announcement selected abstracts: 15 September 2026

 

  • Abstract must be submitted through the registration platform (link will be available when registrations open)
  • Please upload in format .docx
  • File should not exceed 5MB
  • Please use the template provided
  • During submission, you can chose if applying for poster and/or oral presentation
  • If you apply for oral presentation you may be selected for a flash talk (5+2 min.). Priority is given to young scientists*
  • Scientists selected for a flash talk will benefit from a travel grant up to 1.000 €
  • The 3 best posters will receive a prize during the prize ceremony at the end of the conference

*Young scientists are defined by these criteria:

      – A maximum of 5 years experience in research, from the date of the award of their PhD degree and;

      – Under 30 years old

Posters should be designed in vertical A0 format (118.9 x 84.1 cm or 46.81 x 33.11 inch).
The ‘Poster session’ will host a limited amount of presentations, which will be selected based on the submitted abstracts. Abstracts will be selected based on quality and originality of research. The time slots allocated for this section will be in the breaks and the receptions, for the entire duration of the conference.
Selected abstracts (flash talk or poster) will be published in a abstract booklet which will be digitally available to all participants and published on the conference website.
